We connect you with available rental units based on your preferences and needs, but we are not landlords, property managers, or leasing agents—we don’t set pricing, approve applications, or control availability. To keep the process moving smoothly, we ask that you respond promptly, provide accurate information, and list “relive locators” or your locator’s name on any application so we can be properly credited (this is how we get paid—it never comes out of your pocket). The apartment market moves fast, so if we send a deal, assume it won’t last long. We’ll stay in touch by text, email, or calls, and we expect clear, timely communication in return. While we do our best to find you the perfect match, results can vary based on market conditions, property decisions, and your application. Ghosting or repeated no-shows may lead us to pause or stop our efforts. We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information to assist with your apartment search—no spam, no data selling, ever. These terms may be updated as we grow, and by continuing to use our site, you agree to the current version.
